Choose your series
Three series. One face.
Start with how you will use them most — the camera, the AI or the look.

Pick by what you do
The short answer
Take the Daily — the camera, the live translation and the voice assistant are what you will use every single day.
Take the Sport — the big shield lens and the secure fit are built for the run, the ride and the slope.
Take the Chic — tap-to-dim lens, music and calls in frames that look like the ones you already wear.
Battery & privacy
Two things people always ask about
300 mAh battery: up to 7 hours of music or 4 hours of talk-and-record. Type-C case tops it up in about 2 hours.
A recording indicator lets people around you know when the camera is on. Footage stays on your device unless you share it — always ask before recording others.

Questions before you buy
Make sure the glasses are powered on and follow the video recording instructions. If recording does not start, turn the glasses off and back on. Check whether the 4GB storage is full, and save your files to your phone before deleting them to free up space. If the issue continues, back up your files and try a factory reset. Contact our support team if you need a step-by-step tutorial.
Swipe forward or backward on the touchpad to adjust the volume. If playback remains quiet, check whether a phone call is active or the AI assistant was accidentally activated through the right touchpad. Playback and AI responses use separate sound channels, so activating the assistant may temporarily lower playback volume. End the active call or assistant session and try again. The glasses are designed for listening close to your ears, so maximum volume may differ from a conventional speaker.
Turn the glasses off and back on, then try recording again. If the issue continues, back up any remaining photos and videos, restore the glasses to factory settings, and reconnect them to the app. A factory reset deletes photos and videos stored on the glasses, so save your files to your phone first.
Use the glasses normally, then recharge them and check whether the issue repeats over the next few charging cycles. If charging consistently stops at 94%, try another compatible Type-C cable and charger. Contact our support team if the issue continues.
If the app requests a QR authorization code during device binding or setup, contact our support team. We will provide the required authorization code within 24 hours.
Make sure the glasses are powered on, then turn them off and back on. Check whether the Bluetooth connection is working normally. If the issue continues, save your photos and videos to your phone before performing a factory reset, then reconnect the glasses to the app.
Make sure both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone, and check that the Wi-Fi connection required for file transfer is established. Bluetooth alone is not enough to transfer photos and videos. Transfer the files to the app first, then open the photo or video and tap the download icon to save it to your phone’s gallery. Contact our support team for a file transfer tutorial if needed.
The Type-C charging port is located at the end of the temple arm. Plug a Type-C cable into the port to charge the glasses. The indicator flashes red while charging and turns steady blue when fully charged. When the glasses are connected to the app, you can also check the battery level in the app.
Make sure the glasses are powered on, then test the separate sound recording function to check whether sound is being captured. If neither function captures sound, back up your photos and videos, perform a factory reset, and turn the glasses off and back on. Check the Bluetooth connection as well. If the issue continues, contact our support team for further assistance.
Say the wake phrase clearly and wait a few seconds for a response. Unclear pronunciation may affect activation. OSA needs an internet connection to answer, so make sure the glasses are connected to your phone through Bluetooth and your phone has internet access. If the issue continues, restart the glasses. If necessary, back up your files, perform a factory reset, and reconnect the glasses to the app.
Make sure the glasses are connected to your phone through Bluetooth. When a call comes in, press the button once to answer. During the call, press the button once again to end it.
First, check whether you need an app download QR code or a QR authorization code for device binding. If the app specifically requests a QR authorization code, contact our support team to obtain it. If you are unsure which code is needed, send us a screenshot of the prompt.
