Throughout these Terms, "Osawalla," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Osawalla.

By accessing or using our website, application, Products, or Services, or by placing an order through Osawalla.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Limited Warranty.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our website, application, Products, or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use our Services or purchase Products from Osawalla.

If you use our Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Our Products and Services

Osawalla offers consumer electronic products, including smart rings, smart glasses, wearable devices, accessories, applications, software, and related services.

Product features, specifications, compatibility, availability, colors, dimensions, battery performance, and other information may vary by Product model, firmware version, application version, region, and other technical factors.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that:

· Product images will exactly match the physical Product;

· Colors displayed on your device will accurately represent the actual Product color;

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

· Product availability;

· Pricing or listing errors;

· Payment problems;

· Suspected fraud;

· Reseller or bulk-purchasing activity;

· Shipping restrictions;

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on Osawalla.com are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

We may correct typographical, pricing, promotional, or product-description errors at any time.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Third-party payment providers may process your payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Promotional terms displayed with a specific offer will control if they conflict with these general Terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Osawalla currently ships eligible Products from U.S.-based fulfillment centers to supported addresses within the contiguous United States.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
