Shipping Policy
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
At Osawalla, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and transparent shipping experience.
This Shipping Policy explains our shipping regions, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, tracking information, and procedures for common delivery issues.
1. Shipping Regions
Osawalla currently ships products from U.S.-based fulfillment centers to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.).
At this time, we do not ship to:
• Alaska;
• Hawaii;
• Puerto Rico;
• U.S. territories and other non-contiguous U.S. regions;
• APO/FPO military addresses;
• PO Boxes, where our selected carrier does not support delivery; or
• Addresses outside the United States.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the Product, destination, and carrier service.
If your shipping address is not eligible at checkout, please contact our Customer Support team before placing an order.
2. Shipping From
All eligible Osawalla orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
Orders are assigned to the appropriate fulfillment center based on Product availability and the customer's shipping address.
Although we ship from the United States, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Osawalla's control.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Order processing time does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
During major promotions, product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than the standard estimate.
If an unexpected processing delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Example
If an order is placed and payment is confirmed on Monday:
• Order processing: approximately 1–2 business days;
• Shipment: after the order has been processed;
• Transit time: approximately 5–7 business days.
• The actual delivery date may vary.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
For eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, our estimated standard delivery time is:
Processing: 1–2 business days
Transit: approximately 5–7 business days
Estimated total time: approximately 6–9 business days from successful payment confirmation.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on:
• Destination;
• Carrier performance;
• Weather;
• Peak-season volume;
• Public holidays;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information; and
• Other circumstances beyond Osawalla's reasonable control.
5. Free Standard Shipping
Osawalla currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within our supported U.S. delivery region.
No standard shipping fee will be added at checkout for eligible orders.
Any optional expedited shipping service, if offered, may be subject to additional charges.
Shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout when available.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, Osawalla will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your package through the applicable carrier.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the shipping label has been created.
A tracking number may initially show limited information or no movement while the package is being transferred to the carrier.
7. Tracking Information Has Not Updated
If your tracking information has not updated immediately after shipment, please allow 2–3 business days for the carrier system to begin showing movement.
If there is no meaningful tracking update for an extended period, please contact Osawalla Customer Support.
Our team may contact the carrier or fulfillment center to investigate the shipment.
Please provide your:
• Order number
• Tracking number; and
• Shipping address.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Possible causes include:
• Severe weather;
• Natural disasters;
• Carrier delays;
• Transportation disruptions;
• High seasonal volume;
• Holidays;
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
• Carrier operational issues; or
• Other events outside Osawalla's reasonable control.
An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Support team and we will assist with the available carrier investigation.
9. Delivered but Package Not Received
If the carrier's tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
• Your front door, mailbox, porch, garage, or other designated delivery area;
• Your building's mailroom or reception area;
• With household members;
• With neighbors; and
• The carrier's delivery notes or delivery photo, if available.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the applicable carrier and Osawalla Customer Support.
We may request additional information or documentation to assist with the investigation.
Depending on the circumstances and carrier investigation, Osawalla may provide an appropriate remedy, such as reshipment or refund, where applicable.
10. Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost during transportation, please contact Osawalla Customer Support.
We may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
A package may be considered lost when the carrier confirms that it cannot be delivered or when Osawalla determines, based on the available tracking information and carrier investigation, that the shipment is unlikely to be delivered.
Where appropriate, Osawalla may offer:
• A replacement shipment;
• A refund; or
• Another reasonable remedy.
11. Stolen Packages
Osawalla is not generally responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address but are subsequently lost or stolen after delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier and, where appropriate, your local authorities.
We encourage customers to use a secure delivery location whenever possible.
If you believe the carrier incorrectly marked the package as delivered, please contact Osawalla Customer Support so that we can assist with an investigation.
12. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
Please verify the following before completing checkout:
• Full name;
• Street address;
• Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable;
• City;
• State;
• ZIP code; and
• Contact information.
If you discover an address error, contact Osawalla Customer Support as soon as possible and before the order is shipped.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address when possible.
However, because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible after payment has been confirmed.
13. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, Osawalla generally cannot change the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
If the package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carrier may return the package to the sender.
Once the returned package is received by Osawalla, our support team may contact the customer regarding available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Failed Delivery or Returned-to-Sender Packages
A package may be returned to Osawalla when:
• The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete;
• The recipient is unavailable after the carrier's required delivery attempts;
• The package is refused;
• The address is outside the supported delivery area; or
• The carrier is otherwise unable to complete delivery.
• If a package is returned to Osawalla, please contact Customer Support.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
• Reshipment;
• Refund; or
• Another appropriate solution.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment when the failed delivery was caused by incorrect customer-provided information or another customer-related circumstance.
15. Damaged Packages or Products
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of:
• The shipping box;
• Shipping label;
• Packaging materials; and
• The damaged Product.
Please contact Osawalla Customer Support within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Do not discard the damaged Product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
For eligible shipping-damage claims, Osawalla may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
16. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a Product that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Please provide:
• Order number;
• Product received;
• Product ordered; and
• Clear photos showing the Product and packaging.
If the incorrect Product was shipped by Osawalla, we will provide appropriate return and replacement instructions at no additional return shipping cost to the customer.
17. Missing Items or Accessories
If an item or accessory that should have been included with your order is missing, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
• Order number;
• Product model; and
• A description or photo of the items received.
After reviewing the order and shipment information, Osawalla may send the missing item or provide another appropriate solution.
18. Multiple-Item Orders
If an order contains multiple Products, Osawalla may ship the Products together or separately depending on Product availability and fulfillment requirements.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees for split shipments caused by Osawalla's fulfillment arrangements.
19. Pre-Orders and Out-of-Stock Products
If a Product is listed as a pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the applicable Product page or order information.
Pre-order Products may be shipped separately from other Products in the same order.
If a significant delay occurs, Osawalla may contact affected customers regarding available options.
20. Order Cancellation
Orders may generally be canceled only before shipment.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact Osawalla Customer Support as soon as possible after placing the order.
Because our fulfillment process may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be completed before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, the customer may need to receive the Product and request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Unpaid orders may be automatically canceled by our system.
21. Shipping Restrictions
For operational, carrier, or legal reasons, certain destinations may not be available for delivery.
Currently, Osawalla does not offer standard shipping to:
• Alaska;

• Addresses outside the United States
Osawalla may update its supported shipping regions as our fulfillment network expands.

For standard domestic shipments within the supported U.S. delivery region, customers are generally not required to pay international import duties or customs clearance fees.
If shipping destinations or fulfillment arrangements change in the future, applicable customs, duties, taxes, or other charges will be communicated where reasonably possible.
