Put the ring on the charger for 10 seconds to wake it, keep Bluetooth on, and stand within 20 cm of your phone. Then retry pairing from the app.

In the app go to Settings → My ring → Unpair, then pair again. The ring remembers only one phone at a time.

Up to about 10 m indoors. Data syncs automatically whenever the ring comes near your phone.

About 60–90 minutes on the charging case. The case itself charges over USB-C.

Pulsing means charging; a steady light means full. A red flash means the case needs its own charge.

Use our exclusive 2-pin magnetic charging cable for the ring. For the charging case, any standard USB‑C adapter (5V/1A or higher) is acceptable; please avoid fast-charge protocols above 12V.

Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap; dry with a soft cloth. Avoid solvents and ultrasonic cleaners.

IP68 covers showers, rain and hand washing. Avoid diving, saunas above 60°C and salt water.

If you will not wear the ring for weeks, charge it to about 60% and power it down in the app before storing.
